Library Board Meetings Library Board meetings are at the Spruce Grove Public Library at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. The Board does not meet in July, August or December. The public are welcome to attend Library Board meetings. Any items for discussion must be submitted to the Board Chair in advance of the meeting.
