Use of the Library by Children (From Library Policy 7.7)
Children under the age of thirteen must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver in the library. Children aged thirteen and older may be unaccompanied provided they are mature enough to be alone and observe proper conduct. Children of any age who require special supervision must be accompanied by a parent or responsible caregiver at all times.
